I was billed for collect call I never authroized

I had been charged for collect phone i nver authroized. This wanot the very first time this past year they did this in my experience three times. I'd to pay for the statement this past year but nowadays they offered me the credit... Something must be achieved here. The corporation is just a complete scam. I actually donot understand why AT&T is with them. They have to be closed down. I've been scammed atleast $500 bucks by them this past year. Please lets do something positive about the corporation. You will find so many furious individuals as a result of this fraudlant organization. Is there something we are able to do?
