On 5/3 mr. Cremeans had advertised turtles for sale on kingsnake.com. We agreed on a price of $330.00, I sent him a check, it was cashed but the turtles never arrived. I told him i was going to report this a fraud, and he said he would send them out last thursday, but they never arrived.in my second to last email to this person I asked that if he could not produce the merchandise, then simply refund my money with a money order, but this did not happen. I subsequently found out that this person had been involved in multiple reptile scams and / or abuse in the past, well documented on fauna classifieds. Had I known this I would have nver entered into the transaction
