Rebate Check Promised in 6-8 Weeks Missing After 3 Years

Prime TV installed our dish and stated that two months later, after we paid our bill, we would have to send them a copy of the bill and they would issue our check 6 to 8 weeks later. It has now been 3 years, and I have called over a 100 times. They have given me the run around. I was about to give up, and I decided that they would not be sending it out and that I had to give up because it was taking up too much of my time.

But now I am on the internet most of the night, and just three years later I have finally found a solution to my problem, which is to give Prime TV one more call. With a different approach, I made the call and spoke to Heather, and she notified me that my rebate is void because it is past the time and you have only ninety days. That would not be true, because if they make you wait two months until after you pay the two months, it is already 60 days, which does not give you enough time to get your money, so you are out of your money anyway. I told that to Heather, and she said that she knows but she is sorry and to have a good day.

I told her that I would be calling the Better Business Bureau, and she said okay. I told her to have a good night.
