Lures customers with steep discounts but doesn't deliver magazines Internet

I ordered People Magazine on 13 Mar; received an email stating the publisher accepted the order. After 3 months I emailed mags4cheap and they quoted their usual spiel about waiting 10-12 weeks for monthly and 6-10 for weekly. People magazine is weekly and it had been over 12 weeks.

I emailed at least 3 times and was told People magazine was not accepting orders (a direct contradiction to what I was told earlier). I was told I would be refunded; however no information on how they were going to refund me. I am going to call People magazine and inform them their magazine is being used to lure and scam people.
