My wife brought her wedding dress here to be cleaned. The dress was returned without the garment bag in was dropped off in and was missing the string to the corset. When confronted, the owners said it didn't have one and they threw the bag away. The dress was a designer gown and the bag costs $50 to replace. They refused to replace the missing items and said it wasn't their fault it got thrown away. Do NOT go here. These people are irresponsible and DO NOT practice good business etiquette!
