Refuses to refund our money, after our vet advised us to return the pup for hereditery defects

As of 5/25 2010. After repeated requests to refund our 2,000. We requested a refund, as when we took our suppossed"world champion bred" puppy to the vet. He found Two what he called hereditary defects, a hernia, requiring surgory - which Julie claims has healed on its own-nonsense! And the pup had one ear that was not placed properly on it's head, giving it bad confirmation and certainley not what you would expect after paying 2000 dollars! We gave Julie our vets name and phone number but she claims that vets dont know as much as she does! The pup was very skinny when we picked it up, we were given no shot recrds or proof of the vaccination she claims to have given and no registration papers, she also told us the pups actual birthdate would be differant then the one that would be listed on his registration papers due to german breeding laws, this seems unethical and mighty fishy. The worst part is she has resold the pup, even sent me a picture she claimed was him, at his new owners, so she really made a killing off of that deal. She has no reason not to return our money, our vet advised us not to get another pup from her!

We also have learned she is in trouble for breaking dogs tails to enhance their apperance, how cruel. There are other complaints against her as well. She claims we returned the pup do to my hospitilization following the death of my son, My husband did call her about this possibility, but after talking it over we decided to keep the pup, UNTIL we took it to the vet, what a huge dissapointment! And what an awful greedy person! Her pups are not vet checked before they go to their new homes, and apparently she does not check them over for defects or these flaws would of been noticed by any experienced breeder, we live over 3 hours away, If you buy a pup from her, which I do not advise, you can find the same quality dog for alot less, insist on a vet check and make sure she gives you records, vets do not take someones word, so you will have to start over with vaccinations! I even agreed to half of the purchase price to avoid legal fees and a day off work for a long trip to court! But no, Her greed is more important then how she treats her victoms! Maybe she can use our money to send her kids to collage so that they can have a more honorable profession
