I have two witnesses that Chris Fontana is a THIEF, and I have 2 witnesses. He owns RELOCATION MOVING AND STORAGE, their address before was, 3660 Waldo Avenue, APT C, Bronx, ny 10463.

He sat in my kitchen and took $300. Deposit from me, told me it was REFUNDABLE, gave me NO CONTRACT, no binding estimate, no receipt, nothing with a DOT number, MC number, nothing, said I need to pay now as trucks are leaving soon. My moving date was 6 days away.

After he left, I called and asked him for a contract, he got mad, and told me he saw nothing wrong in giving me a piece of paper with no DOT, MC number, signature, or anything, he said his " mother is a christian in heaven", he will bring the papers tomorrow bet 10 and 10:30. He never showed up.

I called at 6:30pm, I asked for the money back. He said he will come and chat with me. He came very angry, slammed down some empty papers on my table, and said "here! This is what you need? DOT number? I got it here! I asked back for my $300.00 back. He snatched up everything and left saying "I'm going to have to ask Andy".

Chris Fontana is Andy's boss. I, my sister and my brother have left messages, for Chris Fontana, asking for my money. He has shut off his cell phone.

Whatever it costs me to go to small claims court, I will spend it, to teach Christopher Fontana at Relocation Moving and Storage, that he is not ALLOWED to STEAL LIKE THAT FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE.

Protect yourselves from relocation moving and storage, don't hire them!!!
