I pay my id protection with my regular payment & i was waiting for my bill but instead i got a late payment notice for my id plan & was charged $15.00 late charge. I got on the phone & canceled my protection plan. This was in March but they never stopped my plan. I called Chase & they were to call me back in 24 to 48 hours to tell me what happen they never did. I never heard from them again till today & the bill is now $69.89 just because i missed a $10.00 payment. I told them to cancel my card. I never owed them any money other then the $10.00. I think they should remove the late fees. I talked to a man in id protection & he said i did cancel in March but he couldn't help me & not to call back to them, to call Chase. I need help.
