Sears lack of quality control and service

4th treadmill sent from Sears. First one faulty (Nordic Course), 2nd one appeared as if it'd been fallen (however within the container), 3rd one body about the instructions, hazardous construction, components placed on the treadmill but no screws to put on them collectively, 4th (Proform) one needed the components "jimmied" since the system and hands didn't match. Feedback in the driver stated he exposed three containers and discovered the next, openings not drilled to place screws, components lacking. However, the treadmill was sent to my house within this "jimmied" situation. Feedback from Sears shop and 800-number... Would you like a different one!!! 4 Saturdays lost and possible problems for myself from incorrect construction and faulty products. Matt, salesman, simply named me and desired to learn about my shipping after which hung-up on me! Clearly how company is performed at Sears.
