I've had his program for a long time and have submitted many properties... Properties that should of been pick-up by these over 10,000 Investors they supposely have... Not one investor has contacted me!!! I went by their GLA List for these properties. I did EVERYTHING by their requirements... And still NO INVESTORS!!! I would like to get back at least my 495.00... And I can't even do that! I didn't want to give up HOPE on Ameraco but now I can honestly say that this company is a FRAUD!!!
