Poor service

After purchasing from these men they delivered mean email stating my purchase might deliver in seven days. I believe they understood ahead of time the components were on back-order however they approved the purchase anyway. After five times with no components or update, I sent them-but got no reaction. I named and was informed by some unconcerned sound individual, it'd be another fourteen days before my order delivered. It has been over three months and that Iam still waiting. They've a pleasant looking site, however they do not surpass their guarantees. My guide would be to look elsewhere.
