Bueyr beware! They didn't collect for me, now they want to collect from me!

This company called me and introduced themselves as a colelction agency. They asked if people owed me money - I told them peopel did owe me money. I eventually gave them 2 accounts to try and collect.
Months later, no progress had been made. Then I found out they were offering my debtors to settle for cents on the dollar! I was SHOCKED. I called them and they told me they could do whatever they wanted. I canceled the account on the phone. They still called my office several times and my debtors. Then I canceled in writing. I foudn out they offered another of my debtors to settle for pennies on the dollar! I called them again and they chewed me out over the phone, berated me, put me on hold, hung up on me... I couldn't believe it. What happened to customer service? Now since I canceled, they sent ME A BILL!!! They didn't collect any money and they want me to pay them!!!
When I called, I couldn't get a name for their supposed in house attorneys and you can only talk to a "customer service representative." These people were so rude to me and my staff it was unbelievable. We have lost so many hours of productive work time because of this company and now they want to pursue us for money while still pursuing outr debtors.
Since this has happened, I've looked online and discovered a lot of things about the. They have an F rating with the better business bureau. I wish I did my homework before signing with these people!!!
