Worse, most careless, inconsiderate of other peoples property, dummies on earth rocheste

This company UPS is the worse in the delivery industry.

Ive had these drums for years.in storage, never used. Brand new old stock.

One time I ship them UPS and they get destroyed.

I sent a vintage, old new stock acrylic drum set. Brand new vintage that cant be replaced, has been discontinued.

Bubble wrapped and packed well. 3 boxes.

Went to Kansas City. One box made it to Kansas city but that was the last time it was seen. Lost, Cant find it. Gone. Non replaceable. Contained two drums, bubble wrapped

The bass drum box was received today by recipient, was smashed, cracked, destroyed, cant be replaced.

Third box, was recd by recipient today, Smashed, Destroyed.

They have people that work there that dont have any repsect for other peoples property.

AND It seems to only happen with my vintage merchandise I send. If I sent some piece of crap, it would have made it.

They are insured, but so what. They cant be replaced.

I swear when the handlers see its insured they mishandle it more on purpose.

I was told by former drivers, never put fragile stikers or handle with care stikers on any packages because the onpurpose mis handle it more.

The money doesnt matter. Its the principle also.

What do we do with smashed cracked merchandise?

Their handlers should be picking bananas or pitching crap some place.

Dont use UPS and Fed ex is worse.

Carry it there yourself. At least it will make it.

Ive shipped in the past a vintage clarinet, non replaceable, 60 years old, $3300., got runover by a tow motor. And was sent to a location 1 1/2 hours from here. Should have gotten in the car and hand delivered it myself... I shipped a vintage '70's Bass guitar, $3800 in a hardshell case, got smashed in half, destroyed and would have had to fall out of a airplace at 50,000 feet in the air to be in that condition.

Moral of the story, dont ship anything UPS worth over $10.00. Why? Because it wont make it.

Anything vintage or worth money, Hand deliver it.
