Internet & Web

Brett Ingram and Think Big Publications represented their company as being able to create blogs that would update automatically through the use of proprietary software on a weekly basis and their company would only charge for the hosting of $19 a month after the setup charge of &97, $297 or $497. The blogs were monetized to Amazon and other online services that should've paid directly to the owners.

After paying the setup fees and several months of hosting fees, it took many complaints to customer services before the blogs were finally delivered. The blogs were delivered with payment codes that paid Think Big Publications and had to be changed to the new owners or the person that paid for the blogs would never get paid. I changed the codes, but Think Big never advertised the blogs as they had promised.

When I asked customer service to review the sites, I received no response and no help. When I repeated my request, it was completely ignored. I literally never received any consideration for the money I gave to Brett Ingram or his company. He is a ripoff artist of the old school type and should never be trusted.
