Having ongoing issues with netflix blu ray disks, I believe they don't examine the discs for harm after someone has documented an issue. We're obtaining a 50% crash price & most have apparent harm and excessively dirty disks.

Great customer support and fast delivery but when they need us to stay customers-they have to begin eliminating the disks people state are broken. I've started heading in the poor people having a large permanent sign, ideally that eliminates them from flow.
