My daughter & I went to Del Amo Indoor Swapmeet to pick up my alterations. My daughter wanted a snack, (specifically she stated "Chili Cheese Doritos", where they put chili&cheese in the bag of nacho cheese doritos). And that's what I specifically ordered to the Korean gentleman (who is the owner also). When the order was ready, I told one of the workers (a young girl) it was wrong. They have given us nachos instead. (plain tortilla chips w / chili& cheese) My daughter didn't want it, so when I asked to exchange it, they refused! The girl checked with the Korean man about this, then asked how much I paid& the girl said I paid more, then she said I must have made a mistake, so it's too late to change the order. I walked away very disappointed and upset w/out taking the nachos w / chili & cheese which is the wrong order. This is very bad customer service, someone who provides good customer service would gladly exchange it for me, then learn a lesson going forward the next time another customer orders the same item by clarifying it twice. They didn't even give my money back. Rancho Dominguez, California
