This low-life operation is lead by a con-artist (Elli Allon) and staffed with ex-convicts andso-called "EX"-drug addicts. What other kind of people (using that term very loosely) would bemorally capable of literally stealing money from timeshare owners for their"advertising service?" If youare reading this because you are contemplating selling or renting yourtimeshare, I would hope all the comments contained on consumer complaints have helped you make the rightdecision, but, if not, do yourself a favor - DO NOT PAY UPFRONT FEES (they sayit is illegal to accept commissions in timeshares sales - fine, call it a feeand have them take it from the proceeds). If you are still convinced this company is the way to go because theslick-talking salesman convinced your wife (as mine was) theiradvertising service is second to none, do what I did - pull a criminal report onthat "salesman" - easy and free! That'll convince her otherwise! BTW, I won the argument (which I don't often do) and we are listing our timeshare with a legitimate firm that is okay with a fee-for-service upon sale. P.S. If you've talked with any of the vermin, you know they take you to the Better Business Bureau and convince you that they have a "B" rating. Don't be fooled - look at the first entry and you will find they are in fact "F" rated!
