Total rip off

Warranty Direct is just a complete rip off. They didn't protect the cost they accepted after I introduced my 04 Ford f 150 directly into restore my rear differential. First my support supervisor named the states department. And discussed with a Mr. Gonzalez who accepted an overall total tear-down of my differential. When finished the SM named again and spoke to Joe Chee in statements. He explained they desired to deliver an inspector to guarantee the tail wasn't abused by me. After 3 times the SM named and requested once the inspector was arriving and Joe Chee stated there wouldn't be an inspector arriving and they wish to deliver a applied transfer-case for them from Tx and that Iam in Illinois. The SM questioned think about the price of the split down and Joe Chee told him he must have spoken to him since he'd not have authorized the tear-down. After waiting 14 days and calling the Statements Administrator, Robert Padget, WD decided to pau 1 / 2 of the tear-down leading to one more $120 outofpocket.
