I took my car in for service and they found oil leaks and the call in a claim. They sent an inspector the inspect the car on the 29 July and the 30 July the office called General Sales and told them that the claim was denied because that was a wear and tear issue. My advice to everyone that BUYS an Extended Auto Warranty Don't because it is just a rap-off/sham, false, take people money and have loop holes not to pay the claims.
I have paid into the Direct Buy Extended Auto Warranty $716.65 and this is what is get back $0.00. Total that I am out of is $1,029.50.
