Deadtime Stories Charged $20 for a game I cannot play. Email support has lasted 14 hours. No help!

Oberon Media games ripped me off!

I downloaded the game Deadtime Stories, and have spent the last 14 hours trying to get it to play on my computer.

They have had me re-download the game 2 times (which takes nearly 40 minutes each time to do), they have had me send them specs on my computer, and various other things.

I am waiting for them to tell me to "jump on one leg while screeching like a monkey"!

I found some phone #'s for them, but this one gives an INSTANT busy signal: 877-721-3537

This one has you press 0 for assistance then it disconnects the call: 212-971-5640

This one gives you a message that they "do not do tech support over the phone, only through emails": 646-367

I DO NOT recommend ordering games through this company.
