Ripoff, unethical practices

Realtor showed up a geometric earth home for sale by HUD. Home was located in the country in Auburn, IN where we wanted to be due to having livestock. HUD homes need to be purchased with realtor assistance. Agent refused to return numerous calls after we secured our financing which caused us to lose this house.

A bid was submitted to HUD by another party and accepted due to his neglegence. It is our soul belief that with his mother being the owner of the agency, he may have purchased this home for himself after promising us that we were going to get this in particular home. We feel that this was unethical, deceitful, dishonest, etc. Buyer Beware!
