False representation of the company policies while doing business - Poor customer service

I used compac moving services to move from CT to WI and its my first moving using movers. When I first spoke to them they sounded experienced and they promised me a reasonable rate with the items I mentioned. But after loading and near the weight station they surprised me with double the amount. Even thought I requested for vehicles weight from weight station before loading, they didnt provide me. Second the employees suck big time driver and the helper were very rude bunch of somalian freaks - I had real troubles from day one they picked my stuff. They are unprofessional and manner-less folks in the company, they can't speak English. These folks are brokers and not a moving company and I got to know this only after I received my stuff as there was other company Manchester Movers with Mexicans folks who unloaded my stuff. They falsely stated they are not brokers, but they are. I received my stuff after 25 days and after lot of arguments and that to there were items missing and when I asked about it the delivery driver said any issues I need to talk to compac movers and Manchester movers are not responsible, he was smart as he walked in he collected rest of the remaining cash and took my signature of delivery receipt before unloading and as I never used the service they deceived/fooled me. Manager Val promised to return $100 back which never happened and don't think it will happen. When I sent the missing list to claims folks, they simply ignored it saying I didn't mention when I signed the delivery paperwork, I was fooled and I admit it. I would say the company is maintained by bunch of losers and jerks. My advice to all you folks would be - don't do business with these folks. Sucks big time and a complete rip-off. I don't know how companies like this can sustain in market of bad customer service and unethical business practices. Very bad experience and would never do business with compac moving & storage
