HLH Group, LLC offers a Money Back Guarantee if your Loan Modification isdeclined (see packet). At the time of writing this, its been 11.5 months and Ivebeen declined at least twice by my bank. I contacted HLH about a refund andthey said it would be my choice to stop working with them so I wouldnt get arefund. When asked how many months or refusals from my bank would constitute arefund, they had no answer. I havent heard back from them since requesting arefund.
