Fraud/rip off

Our only interest was to modify our home loan for a lower payment. We paid a total sum of $3000.00. The process began in 10/08 through 07/09.
They never returned calls. They always had a different representative. They did absolutely nothing to help us. Over this period they only managed to lower our payment by $25.00, lower our credit rating, make our financial situation the worst it has ever been.
We were current with all our payments, and because of RMR Group we became months behind. Our home went into foreclosure. Our home was scheduled to be foeclosed and go on sale 4/17/10.
In 8/09 we were forced to hire another attorney, Which cost us a another $3000.00. This law firm was alway available to answer all calls. Has stoped the foreclosure. Our Interest rate was lowered to 5.25% and monthly payment has been lowered by $100.00. With this law firm helping us the process was completed by 3/17/10.
However, the months that were not paid due to RMR urging were attached to the end of the loan.
