Fire Station 93 - city of Tarzana, California, Group of possible trouble maker firefighters & EMT personal making a daily / constant noise nuisance in my area. The city & overseers have not been able to do anything about it

For the past year or more there is constant siren noise that has become unbearable at the residential street where I live - Intersection of Wilbur & Hatteras St. I have tried complaining to the city & other offices. I believe possibly it is a group of trouble-makers within the department that are doing this. It involves lots of EMT vehicles as well as fire trucks - mostly cruising mostly up & down Wilbur between Ventura blvd & Oxnard (city of Tarzana) making siren noises. I just want some sort of daily surveillance to be done to show what is going on - so this could end.
