I received my AT&T phone bill today and noticed a seperate bill from Telecom USA for a collect call that was never received at my number. I did reverse lookup of the number that call was supposedly made from and have their name. The charge was bogus and outrageously excessive for a short call. I called AT&T and gave them the necessary information and they said the charge would be removed within the next one or two billing cycles.
