I placed an online order April 28th with Birthday Mania. It took 8 business days to ship my order. It has since been 4 days via USPS and I STILL DO NOT have my order. Their web site says they will try to ship in 36-48 via USPS Priority Mail. I was told via my second phone call to the company I could return them or send my shipment back. Well according to their policy, I have to pay the shipping and or a restocking fee. The company has taken no responsibility for its actions or offered any assistance to my situation.
