Church discriminates against people who need help! They pick and choose!

This report is to expose discrimination even in our own churches! I am white and don't speak spanish, it is funny how most of the people getting help are mexican, help is given to them freely! I went to this church because they give people financial assistance with people who can't pay their mortgage or rent. I went down there and waited in line for over 2 hrs and was pre-qualifed by another person handing out and checking paperwork. I showed them my mortgage paperwork and they told me that I was qualified for $100.00 assistance. To come in on thursday to get my check! The day after a lady calls me and tells me that I don't qualify because I owe my mortgage company $16,000! I had been going through modifications and different things with my mortgage company and was paying them $250.00 a month payments. I had my mortage for 10 yrs and lost so much work due to the economy! The woman then asked mye if I was paying money to something else, she couldn't even read the paperwork or call to find out that it was a real mortgage company? It showed that I had been making payments! She told me that she could not give me assistance! I couldn't believe it! I am self-employed so I don't get unemployment, I pay my taxes and this is the first time ever that I ever needed help! I am also a 20 yr retired veteran! Most of the people in lines are Mexicans and speak spanish! They pick and choose who they think should get the money I am tired of being discriminated against, my friend was white and couldn't get help because his mortgage was put on an equity line of credit! Who cares he still has to pay! If anything I could prove that I needed help! No wonder people don't go to church! These people give it a bad name!
