Saying i owe $4000 in sex call bills and used my brothers credit card. He does'nt even have one, and threatning to file charges

I was contacted by these people by mail and by phone threatning to file charges if i don't pay thousands of dollars. They are threatning me daily saying i used my brothers credit card... He does'nt even have one. I am disabled, and so is my mom and all the harrassment is tough on her and me. I read on hear of many others having the same problem. I just spoke to a lawyer and a judge here and also filing a police report with the sheriffs office for harrassment. There has got to be a way for people to protect themselves from jerks like this. Manny is the clown that is threatning, and he tells me that i have a few days, and if i pay $1500 he would forget everything. They have been told not to contact me anymore and if they do i will forward everything to my attorney, and the sheriffs office and file charges against them. He also says to deal with nobody but him when i call. If anyone has suggestions please let me know what you have done.
