I was called on phone and was offered a credit card from a sales representative of this company who intentionally did not disclose the key information, actually it was not a credit card, it was a shopping card which could be used only on their website. I was not aware of this fact. I was told i need to pay them a refundable deposit of 200$ but didnt let me know that they would deduct the money electronically for which i was charged a overdraft fee from my bank. Now when i recognise the real foul play of this so called business company, which actually is not doing business but is cheating people with their hard earned money, when called the representative that i want to cancel my card and want my deposit back... I was astonished to learn that i cannot get any money back but instead i need to pay additional 35$ to cancel this card. Would there be any other sort of legal cheating than this. One more all the products which are sold on the web site are overpriced and are of low quality... This is nothing but forcing people to buy shit!
Bottom Line:
1. I was made to pay for the worng service which i didnt wish to recieve.
2. The sale procedure of the card is bluffing
3. The representative was intentionally hiding the facts, revealing the facts would not fetch them any "so called business" which is actually cheating people.
4. I was not aware this is a shopping card.
5. I was told its a credit card.
6. I was told the deposit of 200$ is refundable.
7. I was not told that they would debit $200 from my account electronically, for which i had to pay overdraft fee of $35 to my bank
8. The website sells low quality products for higher prices.
9. When selling the card the representative was very fast and inspite of my repeated questions about the product he intentionally hid many KEY FACTS, for a non-native speaker of english and for a guy who is new to usa it was a misinterpreting talk.
10. I was forced to wasted a lot of time, effort and money of $235 of mine for their benefit.
