Vincent Kish, Rose Kish Delivered wrong and wiliting flowers - refused to offer a partial refund, less than 1/3, threatened to sue if we left bad reviews

After meeting with the very personable Rose, we were completely sold on Dream Makers. I am an extremely laid back bride and really only had one request: no roses (cause I really hate them). This was repeated multiple times throughout our meetings and guess what we got on our wedding day? Roses all over the place! In addition to the wrong flowers, some of them were wilting and they came to set up at 10 A.M. For a 7 P.M. Wedding. The venue manager had to tell them to come back because she would not let them set up. When our wedding coordinator tried to contact them the day of the wedding, nobody got back to her until she saw them later that afternoon setting up for the wedding.

They claim to have been in the business since 1977 and apparently they were good back in the day, but funny after the wedding we heard from our venue manager that they actually stopped recommending them because they had had some bad experiences with them the last few years.

When we emailed to try to work it out with them and get some kind of partial refund for the inconvenience (we asked for less than a 1/3 of the money back) Vincent Kish threatened us and said he'd sure for defamation of character if we left any bad reviews.

Just beware!!! They talk a good game but at the end will do whatever they want to save money on their end. Expect really bad customer service and ugly flowers. I'd be more than willing to give anyone more explanation or proof, so feel free to contract me through here!
