Stay away from any organization that has Scott McIlvaine involved in ANY. He was supposed to be helping us get a loan modification and all he did was steal $2500 that we cannot afford and did nothing for us but disappear. We are not going to get a refund, as per the contract we signed because of how he deducted the money from our account. So we have no money and soon no home. Beware of any business dealings he is attached to, he is a liar and a thief.
