Phone people suck I am also trying to have my number ported and they wont allow it. It has been over a month and they are just trying to get as much money out of me as possible before they lose me forever! I had a feeling this would happen as they rarely ever pickup there phones as a good customer. The people are something else. STEER CLEER or you will be sorry.
