Order will never arrive!

Ordered a pool pump and filter on 3/28. I was charged the next day. It was a good price, and now I know why. 2 weeks later I still have no shipping info. I call back and they say they will contact the supplier and see what the hold up is. I get an email saying it will arrive next week.

Next week comes and goes. I call back again. Same story. I give them another chance. After yet another week with no shipping info or anything, I call again. They need to call the vendor again and say they will email me shipping info within a few minutes. The day goes by and still no email. I call the next day. Same story and promise. I ask for a refund. They say that they will have to see if it has already been shipped, otherwise I will have to pay a restocking fee.

The day goes by again and still no shipping info. I call again. They say they can't refund my money because it is in the process of being shipped. I ask them how long that process usually takes since we are now at one month from the date of purchase. They still can't provide me with any proof of shipping. No tracking info available but they say I should wait a few more days. I'm done waiting.

I call Chase Bank and contacted the "Dispute Charge" division. They were extremely helpful. They immediately credited my account for the purchase and issued a chrageback to swimmingpoolsetc.com. I should have called them 2 weeks ago. Anyway, avoid this retailer at all costs!!!
