Ripoff! Beware! Do not give them your hard earned money! Washington

I recently signed up for Dropship Design (it has been a couple of weeks)... Or same as Dropshiponauction. They have two names, I wonder why. Well, thank god I signed up for the basic plan of 49.99 but it has been a bad experience. I used their "ticketing system" and asked if I can upgrade later when I sign up, they said yes. You have to pay 100.00 to get their 1800 number. I was scammed with that too. I needed answers right away with my first order and felt like I needed that number, but of course, I had to leave a message and they never called me back. I called many times and it says that agents are busy and to leave message and Id number and they will call back. I had to use their ticketing system anyways to question why they didn't call me back and all they could say was, oh you have to subscribe to it. Duh!

I did subscribe to it. It says it right on the top of the page when I log in. They give you these answers that doesn't make any sense, purposely. I spoke to this lady that sounds middle eastern, couldn't barely understand her just one time because I wanted my 100.00 dollars back, then she says Oh you have to go to the ticketing system/billing department for that! What's the 100.00 for? They have only one option for shipping. Ground shipping with one price. If you want quicker shipment or international you have to go through some shipping site. I had to use the "ticketing system" to get that answer too! I had to search for all this because they didn't have useful information on their pages except how great their company is and everyone should sign up. They make it real believable. Their main page, Dropshipdesign.com or dropshiponauction.com (after you sign up) does not show any contact information what so ever, only the "ticketing system". I sold one camera on there that went some what smooth. But I had to use the ticketing system too to get my tracking number a little bit faster. I just ordered that same camera for myself to test it out.

I like to see what I'm selling. It took longer on this one, almost 4 days before they gave me a tracking number after I sent them a complaint. Thank god when I ordered for my first customer it was 2 days handling... That's with me panicking already. As of now, I know I lost my money. I'm trying to sell a few more cameras to see if I can make back the money I lost from them. But it's hard between them, ebay and paypal, fees are eating up my small profit. After this, I'm not working with them anymore. I can't continue, get screwed over, and damage my reputation with my business I worked for months to put together. Research, time, money... And now I get screwed. I'm looking at other companies or sell other things. Not dealing with them. Please everyone don't give these people any more of your hard earned money! I lost 150.00 in a short amount of time from them and selling fees lost. I just ordered this camera from them. Refurbished. Lets see how it turns out. I probably got screwed on this too!!!
