Our dog was not trained, was bitten, & had lost at least 10 lbs

I couldn't believe it when I read the other reports. We too used Carlos' training services for our dog in 2006. Carlos was supposed to train our dog & socialize him with other dogs because he was a rescue dog & very timid & shy. He was suposed to stay there for one session, then we'd bring him home for a few days, then he would return for the 2nd session & finish the training. Needless to say, when we picked him up, our beautiful dog had multiple bites, some bigger than others, had his tail tucked under, & had lost approx 10 lbs. He was worse than when we got him from the rescue!!
