Shirley Elizabeth Rodas are nothing but deceptive, dishonest swindlers to say the least.

I put my two dogs through his guaranteed course.in addition to my animals not being trained as guaranteed, the both came back with serious medical ailments.

I highly recommend that anyone even considering using his services DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES take your pet here!!!

Additionally, I have sued both Carlos and Shirley in small claims court and currently hold a judgment against both of them in excess of $6,000.00.

However, I must give credit where credit is due. They are both very good at hiding assets and avoiding paying their debts.

If anyone would even considering using their services, I implore you to keep looking and do not make the same mistake I (as well as the other people who have posted here) have made.
