Wackenhut unfair to employees

I am CPO that worked in The Tempe AZ City Hall. There is a police Sgt. Mike Powell that had been harassing me alot during my time on the Tempe contract. Powell is the liaison between Tempe and Wackenhut. Powell likes to yell at wackenhut officers in front of people and belittle them. He has kep't me from getting 2 promotions now. I tried very hard to stay away from Powell, but he just kept finding me. The last time my name came up for promotion, all of a sudden I was pulled of the contract on Powell's say so.
I recived a call from my supervisor, Mark Gudanowski, that I was to report to the office the next day (04-07-10) and that my shift was covered and now to worrie about it. When I arrived I was told that Sgt. Powell wanted me off the Tempe contract. I was informed by Mr. Dean Hemstreet that I was not being fired. I was then informed that the reason for my removal was that no less than four woman had complained that they were uncomfortable around me, or when I was around. I was told I was being written up for sexual harassment and that I had to re-take the sexual harassment class, and be reassigned to another post. When I ask Mr. Hemstreet about an assignment I had been on before, I was told "No" because that job paied more than my last post did. When I ask why, Hemstreet said "we can't because of the money, we don't want the screw ups to move up." Now my bills are getting tough to keep up with. Again, i have never been found guilty of any wrong
doing. This is Powell's way of getting rid of me.
This has been going on for three weeks now, the INVESTIGATION. I am unable to get any of the three to return any phone calls. Pablo, Hemstreet, nor Gudanowski will call me back. I feel as though they just hope I will go away and not cause any trouble for them. WELL GUESS WHAT, I'm not going anywhere.
Pablo and Hemstreet need to be removed from the phoenix office immediately. They are about to run it into the ground. I think I could do a better job than they do. They are so worried that they will loose the Tempe contract, that they are allowing a police Sgt. To dictate how they run their office. I feel as though they should back their staff instead of just treating them like a disposable item. I have over 25 years in the security business and might even know more than they do. I will go along with them as far as the INVESTIGATION, but when they can't find that I did anything wrong, put me back to work on my post where I was at, and tell Sgt. Powell to have FACTS next time he want to accuse an officer of wrong doing.
Pablo and Hemstreet need to remember "People who live in glass house's shouldn't throw stones." As soon as Tempe figures out what these two have been up to with billing. COME ON G4S, now that you are removing the Wackenhut name, remove some of their people. I gotta get a transfer.
