Our RCA silver screen Television ceased employed in center of March and we named Sears 4 Our House to correct it. I've had something agreement together for several years about the Television and many additional devices in the home. They sent somebody out to repair it but obviously they'd to-order a component. After everyday calls for them, they nevertheless haven't gotten a component to repair it and cannot actually look for a following number to determine where it's within their program. It's been over per month now without fulfillment. The large feature of the agreement is the fact that when they can't-get them set in thirty days, they'll get us a brand new one. They're welching on that offer also, informing us we-don't be eligible for a brand new one. Today may 29th, they're nevertheless informing us the component is "in-transit" and you will be delivered to us, what-ever which means. They are able to not, or won't, provide me details and something. I have told them we would like a brand new one, however they wll not do this. Following this problem is solved I'll stop my support agreement and steer clear of Sears later on.
