Don't order from them

I put an order online through FTD Flowers. The florist they put this purchase with shipped plants which were along the way of dying. Once the receiver named to tell them the flowers were dying they delivered over another arrangement of flowers which were a lot of wildflowers. They didn't substitute the purchase using the agreement that I requested and were really rude to therecipient “What may be the problem” is their precise phrases to her.

I named FTD to obtain a reimbursement or replacement of the purchase; they set me on-hold to contact the seller to obtain an upgraded. The seller declined to deliver another arrangement simply because they had previously sent an upgraded. Whenever you purchase a particular blossom you anticipate the seller to deliver that agreement, I taken care of Roses & Lilly’s not wildflowers.

They're currently providing me A - 20% discount reimbursement after putting 6 calls together. I'll never place an order with ftd.
