Ripped us off for $55.05

JOI Phone ripped us off for $55.05. We ordered the service from them. They charged us $79.09. When we attempted to activate the service we were unsuccessful. We called their help line, during hours listed, and reached no one. A couple of days later, we reached a rude person, so we cancelled the service immediately & returned the equipment. Joi Phone only refunded $24.04, keeping $55.05. They say that the $55.05 is for set up fees, shipping/handling. The service was NEVER set up. We paid postage to return the product to them. We signed NO contract.
