Poor service

"e-commerce offers dreadful service. They washed our home and we weren't pleased with the caliber of their function. We requested the dog owner to come quickly to our home and find out the bad work which was completed. She never confirmed. Following a couple of days of telephone label we requested to get a return. No reply. Many months later we named again, talked using the operator and he or she stated she'd consider it and contact us back that evening. She never did. We named every single day for that remaining week and he or she prevented our calls and not called us back. Prevent e-commerce if you like your home washed nicely or need great customer support. E-commerce offers neither.

We questioned the cost on our charge card through Citibank and we got our reimbursement since White-Glove never answered for their request. Appears like a typical exercise of the organization to not react.
