I hired Maid Experts to clean my house before escrow closed. The house was empty and should've been easy to clean. They cleaned the upstairs great however they never cleaned the downstairs. I called them and asked them not to charge my credit card because their maids had not performed "cleaning services". They charged my credit card anyway and I can't dispute the charge because I can't prove that they didn't clean my house. The owner of this business told me it was "my opinion" that it wasn't cleaned. I wish I'd kept the dirty rags and water I used to clean the downstairs of my home. They knew they could get away with this and now I'm left with a cleaning bill and they didn't clean squat. Don't hire this flaky company you will be ripped off!
