Kohl's Department Stores, Inc., Fox Valley Security guards attacked me and maliciously prosecuted me for armed robbery

After i made a purchase of about $70 dollars. 2 Security guards attacked me inside my vehicle. While jose held my arms down kraig repeatedly punched me in the face. I eventually got away and realized who they were i called the cops and they wanted to make a report over the phone instead of helping me catch them. I got some guys number that saw the whole thing as a witness. The next week i had robbery detectives harassing me through the mail. I contacted them many times and they kept changing the meeting time. Eventually the detective wrote a bulls*t report that i was uncooperative. The Van Nuys court aggressively tryed to prosecute me for an armed robbery that never happened. The security camera video came in and it was tampered with by the 2 security guards!!! They deleted the outside footage!!! They prosecution didn't care they kept saying im going to prison if i dont plead guilty to grand theft? What a nightmaire!!! Plus i never paid my lawyer the 6000 for the trial so she skipped out on my 2 days before the trial... Are you kidding me? I have my reciept! I never touched the security guard, he attacked me and is trying to save his own a*! I have pictures of my face after the attack time stamped. How about where is the outside camera footage!!! Seriously i had to say no contest because i was cornered and pressured i was going to goto prison for no reason. I was scared for my life and now here i am on probation? What did i do wrong!?!? Please help me please!!!
