Wonderful customer service

My girlfriend and I were shopping in the mall for some eye cream. We went to Macy's first and was discouraged by the $85 price value, we decided to go look at Kohls to see what they had. We were approached by a customer service associate i believe her name said Karen R. She said she worked in beauty. We asked her a couple questions about face cream and if she knew who made the products. She showed us some ultimate diamonds cream, and also informed us that there exclusive products were made by estee lauder companies, she sampled cream on my girlfriends hands. We were suprised that the prices were so much cheaper then Macy's and she gave us a $5 coupon. We will continue to shop at your store due to the friendly customer service we received on March 6th by Karen R.in beauty.
