I used many emails and telephone calls confirming the components and setup of 1 of the items via their paperwork and pictures provided. The part-they delivered wasn't that component and never the right supports.

They'd not admit their error.in the place of reimbursing me for delivery expenses to RMA the component, they lied stated the specification had transformed without their understanding which I had been utilizing the part in a fashion not meant.
