If you have a problem (which I'm guessing most, if not all customers do), you're pretty much out of luck.

They offer no phone support whatsoever. This is the message they give you —

Sorry, but at this time IndyPlanet does not offer phone support.

Then they offer this gem —

Ka-Blam Message Center? What's that's supposed to be exactly and how is it any better than e-mail really?

Speaking of e-mail, they don't give you a confirmation e-mail when your merchandise is shipped out. Of course that would make sense if they never actually ship it...

They don't even have one unified graphic on their page... They break it up into pieces so you can't easily identify the complete logo/artwork that is on the top of every page of their site.
