False advertising

I recently ordered two Bionicles from CCG. The page on their site that I ordered from clearly pictured two and the written description clearly described two. At no time during the checking out process was I prompted to choose one or told that a choice would be made for me. At no time was I informed that I was ordering anything less than what the page described. When my order arrived, there was only one Bionicle. I emailed them with my concern and I got a two sentence email back stating that only one was included and I could purchase the other for additional money. I sent them another email saying how upset I was at this deceptive business practice. I have not received any more replies back from them. Apparently, honesty and customer service are not very important to this company.
