If you don't prefer to be robbed and abused, stay away from this Janome sewing equipment seller and cover cloth store in rural southern Maryland. This store is run by an aged pair, a tottering older guy and his King of Perspective female cohort whose customer support reaches greatest, terrible, and at worst borderline violent.

Since I own Janomes and am a new comer to the region, I got two of my devices (on individual events) directly into this look for repairs. The very first returned as though unmarked, although I'd undoubtedly paid to possess it maintained and fixed. After I delivered towards the shop and have the person why it was nevertheless no longer working correctly, I had been informed within an extremely belligerent tone that it was good when HE was completed with it. Confused at his curt perspective and similarly confused in the pursed lipped search being leveled my method by his older female colleague (spouse?), I slunk away thinking what might have occurred to my device about the push house that will have created it act worse than when he initially done it. For their perceptions, I lined it-up to using wandered in to the shop once they were in the centre of some extreme domestic problem and did not provide it another thought, truly.

Our second fix encounter was significantly worse - not just was my device NOT set, however it was actually DAMAGED from the same operator/seller/specialist. While it had been delivered to his interest, I was really SCREAMED at by this old-man who stated "I understand what I am performing" which he is "been doing it for 40 years". He extended to berate and minimize me BEFORE OTHER CLIENTS, intimating his same tune and party that I'd somehow triggered the problems with my device, or they were clearly mounted and that I was simply being challenging.

I've since discovered this conduct is status quo for this look with several, many unhappy clients who merely won't move near it because of: 1) his total and complete mess 2) exhorbitant costs on all stock within the shop, the majority of that will be obsolete and dust-covered 3) the understand-it-all and snooty attitude of his feminine companions there; and 4) downright meanness of the oldman.

Stay away...
