Lied on inspection reports and demands payment for services never rendered in

We entered into a service contract with this pest control company after they came to our door. The first couple monthly services were fine. Soon after the employee who came did not fulfill the contract by spraying the back yard. The inspection report he gave us indicated that it was completed but we know that it was not because we were in the yard and he never went back there. We called and complained and they sent someone out to fix.

Then the next time they came they placed some sticky plates in the garage. It collected a bunch of spiders. We called and they came out and replaced ONE plate and took the rest. The inspection report indicated that they replaced 5 sticky plates. We called again and they indicated that they would be sending someone out.

No one came out but the next service the person left 4 plates and did not spray the back yard perimeter. The person did not leave a report so I called and they indicated that the report states that they did spray. I explained that I saw the person only go up to the gate. The gate was locked so I was expecting him to knock on door instead he left without attempting to notify us. The female on the line came short of calling us a liar and did not rectify the complaint.

In November the person came back and sprayed the front yard. I showed him the plates in the garage and he took them. He NEVER went into the backyard. We asked him to do the backyard and he stated, "Ok Ill get my gear in the truck." I then watched from my window as he jumped in his truck and drive away never returning. I immediately called and told the female on the line what had happened and she stated that she would send some one out.

I then went outside and noticed that none of the sticky traps were replaced and the inspection report was jammed in the door frame. The report indicated that 5 plates were replaced and that the backyard was sprayed which was a absolute LIE. We called again and the same female said she would send someone out at which time, (Being sick of dealing with this) canceled our contract. The female immediately threatened to send it to collections if we did not fulfill the contract. I told them they never kept up their end of the contract. She them said that they have to have the opportunity within 90 days to rectify the situation. I refused because I should not have to babysit them while they do the work to make sure they do it.

Today 04/15 I received another threatening phone call demanding payment and I explained that I would not pay because they did not fulfill the contract.
